The surface is soft. Be careful when using a scraper to remove printed parts.
Do not print with TPU filament as it can damage the mounting plate.
Increasing the temperature of the heating layer improves adhesion. Users should adjust the temperature of the heating layer according to their specific requirements to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.
Before automatic leveling, it is necessary to repeatedly wipe the nozzle in the special wiping area on the work plate to completely remove any residual material on the tip of the nozzle. The coating in the specially designed wiping area gradually wears off over time. This is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle life, so there is no need to worry about any quality issues.
The Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack is considered a consumable part that deteriorates over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or cracks. The warranty only covers defective sheets upon arrival.
SuperTack provides good adhesion without glue or frequent cleaning. If heavy soiling occurs, the surface can be cleaned with water and detergent. Do not use organic solvents (especially acetone) to clean the mounting plate as this may damage the SuperTack surface.
