n - Increasing the bed temperature enhances adhesion. Users need to adjust the heat bed temperature to their specific requirements to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.
n - Before automatic leveling, it is necessary to rub the nozzle several times in the special wiping area of the work plate to completely remove any residual material on the tip of the nozzle. The coating in the specially designed cleaning area gradually wears off over time. This is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle life, so there is no need to worry about any quality issues.
n - Dust and grease deposits on the build plate reduce adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with detergent and water to maintain the best adhesion.
n - Bambu Lab recommends using only official Bambu Lab adhesive on Bambu Lab building plates and is not responsible for any damage to the plates resulting from the use of third-party adhesive on the building plates. Do not clean textured PEI with acetone as this will damage the PEI surface.
n - Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool for easy print removal. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product life.
n - Gently sanding the surface with fine grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion.
n - The automatic flow rate calibration on a textured PEI plate is not as reliable as other smooth plates. If you get inconsistent results, we recommend calibrating with a smooth plate.
n - The textured PEI plate is considered a consumable that deteriorates over time. The manufacturer's warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. The manufacturer's warranty only covers defective sheets upon arrival.
