nThe textured PEI surface can withstand repeated cycles of heating and cooling of the printer's heating pad. Prints are easily removed when the heating surface reaches room temperature.nTips:n

• Dust and grease deposits on the build plate can impair adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with detergent and water to maintain the best possible adhesion.

• Increasing the temperature of the heating layer improves adhesion. Users should adjust the temperature of the heating layer according to their specific requirements to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.

• Thoroughly sanding the surface of Textured PEI with fine grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion.
n
• If bubbles appear on the bottom of the Smooth PEI sheet, heating it on a thermostat at a temperature of at least 80 degrees for several hours can help eliminate the bubbles.

• Do not clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI plate with acetone as this may damage the PEI surface.
n
• Bambu Lab recommends using only official Bambu Lab adhesive on Bambu Lab plates and is not responsible for any damage caused to the plates as a result of using a third-party adhesive on the plates.

• Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool down for easy print removal. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product life.

• The Bambu Dual-Texture PEI plate is considered a consumable part that deteriorates over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. The warranty only covers defective sheets upon arrival.
