• Store in a dry place. After unpacking, the filament should be immediately placed in a moisture-proof box and stored at a humidity of no more than 15%. It should not be kept in an aluminum foil bag for vacuum storage for a long time. Wet supplies can be dried to restore print quality.

• Because the ASA-Aero uses foaming technology, the filament will expand in the nozzle after being heated during the printing process. This will cause an unavoidable narrowing as the nozzle moves. Even adjusting the retraction setting in the slicing software cannot solve this problem. Based on the above, it is recommended to disable the retraction setting.

• Since ASA materials have a high glass transition temperature, a certain ambient temperature (40-70°C) is required during printing to relieve the internal stress of the printed parts and reduce distortion. When printing thin-walled models without any insulation, it is recommended to use nozzles with a diameter of 0.6 mm or more to ensure the strength of the printed parts and reduce shrinkage.

• When printing with ASA-Aero filament, place the printer in a ventilated environment.

• Immediately after unpacking, it is recommended to place the filament in a moisture-proof box and control the humidity to no more than 15%.

• If the 3D printing filaments have been unpacked for a long time and the print quality starts to decline during the printing process, please dry the filaments at the recommended drying temperature before printing.
